Sound Healing found me during a very challenging time in my life.

In 2021, as a burnt out business owner, a new mom, and feeling isolated through a global pandemic, I attended a conference for like minded female entrepreneurs.

Not only was the conference truly life changing, but we closed out the weekend with a sound bath for the over 300 attendees. While everyone was suppose to have their eyes closed to seal in the weekend, I was in awe of these massive crystal bowls and the frequency that resonated. I could not take my eyes off the practitioner I knew then and there that I would be serving others with this gift of sound.

I quickly went on a path of healing through attending sound baths, reiki circles, breath work and meditation.

Fast forward to 2023, after attending a sound bath and experiencing a HUGE spiritual awakening (yes, even 2 years into my journey)I attended a sound training retreat to learn
